Rank: 3rd Degree Black Belt
Association: AIMAA (UK) Taekwondo
I started learning Karate with Mr John Wright, back in 1984. Two months later, I began to learn the ancient martial art of Tae Kwon Do, with the T.A.G.B. under Mr Bob Elliot.
I've also done a little bit of boxer freestyle with Mr Paul Wood back in the early 90's.
I then started training with Mr Andrew Murray in 1992 and took my 1st Dan Black Belt in 1994, where I was lucky enough to test under Grand Master Hee ll Cho. Then receiving my Black Belt 2nd Dan in October 1997, once again with Grand Master Cho.
I have trained with a few different instructors over the last 21 years and have learned from every one of them. I have immense respect for all the instructors which I have trained with, including Mr Will Crosby, Mr Tony Mawbey, Mr Colin Hansen and Mr Gordon Lambert.
I have also studied a little bit of Judo, to improve my ground fighting, as well as picking up one or two injuries, but that's all the fun of training.

Competitions
Various other titles and team events not listed.
I have been lucky to take titles at Patterns, Grappling, Sparring, Points and continuous. The thing I am most proud of is how my students perform and the instructors I have trained. To see all of them doing well and moving forwards.
